RESCHEDULING: Clients are free to reschedule appointments as many times as necessary up until 12 hours before their last scheduled appointment time. Rescheduling within 12 hours of your appointment time will result in being charged 25% of your service total before taxes. CANCELLATION/NO SHOW: Clients are free to cancel appointments up until 24 hours before their appointment time. Cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment time may result in being charged 50% of your service fee. Cancelling services during appointments will result in being charged 50% of those combined services that you aren’t receiving. If you do not notify us of cancellation and no show your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your service fee before taxes. If multiple offenses occur, you will be unable to book online and will be put on a waiting list for the next available appointment time.
